What we collect

When you request a sample, we store your restaurant name, contact name, email, optional website, request details, submission time, and campaign source. Please do not include passwords, payment details, private guest information or sensitive personal data.

How we use it

We use your submission to review and respond to your request, prepare a sample, and manage related follow-ups. We do not sell your information. We record page visits and sample-button clicks with a random session identifier stored in sessionStorage and campaign tags to understand whether the page produces requests. This is not a count of unique people. We do not use third-party advertising cookies in this site.

Storage and access

Records are stored with the hosting platform and its database provider. The owner dashboard is restricted to the operator’s authenticated account. Email replies use the operator’s email services. Test checkout is handled by Stripe and is separate from sample requests.

Your choices

Email hello@patiopep.com to ask for a copy, correction or deletion, or to stop follow-ups. Unconverted inquiries are intended to be reviewed for deletion after 90 days; this is a manual process, not automated. We may retain a minimal opt-out record to avoid contacting you again. Client records may be retained for service and accounting needs.
